Ralph has been a volunteer youth worker for over 15 years. During that time he has been a small group leader, been across the world on countless mission trips with teenagers, and enjoyed the highs and lows of working with adolescents. In his “day job” Ralph is a project manager but his true passion is youth ministry. Ralph loves to stargaze which he considers to be one of the best ways God reveals himself to us.
